Beckley – A program at West Virginia University Institute of Technology (WVU Tech) makes the path to college easier for graduating high school seniors in 13 counties, according to an announce by the university on Friday.
The new Southern West Virginia Success program provides automatic acceptance to WVU Tech for qualifying students.
The program is available to graduating seniors in Boone, Fayette, Greenbrier, Lincoln, Logan, McDowell, Mercer, Mingo, Monroe, Nicholas, Raleigh, Summers and Wyoming counties.
