With 28 years of federal technology leadership spanning the U.S. Department of the Treasury and U.S. Department of Justice, Mr. Arcadi joins growth[period] to support clients navigating federal IT modernization, AI adoption, and cybersecurity strategy.

Mr. Arcadi most recently served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Information Systems and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where he provided governance and strategic oversight for $8 billion in IT spend across Treasury’s bureaus, directed a $500 million departmental IT budget, and led 375 employees and 1,000+ contractors across 650 locations. During his tenure, he spearheaded Treasury’s AI governance framework, architected Treasury Cloud, and enhanced cybersecurity posture across 300,000+ endpoints, earning three consecutive Congressional FITARA Awards for IT and cybersecurity improvement and two Secretary’s Awards for distinguished and meritorious service. Earlier in his career at the U.S. Marshals Service, he led IT recovery operations following 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina, earning the Director’s Distinguished Service Award.
Mr. Arcadi attended Brooklyn College in New York, where he studied economics and computer science.
