TechClick is also working on a portal where partners can register deals for their clients and access Microsoft funding for a range of projects, such as Azure assessments, migrations or virtual desktop, as well as data warehousing and analytics using Microsoft Fabric.
“We collaborate with IT providers to offer presales and carry out projects that demand high-level technical skills. TechClick can also provide Microsoft project funding through its advanced specialisations with Microsoft,” she said.
Melamed shared due to the demand in the market, the business’ goal is to bring on 500 partners in the first 12 months.
“Most organisations are concerned with partners who compete in their space and are being introduced to their customers, however TechClick is a channel-only organisation and does not work with end customers unless asked to by partners. We act as a strategic advisor ready to scale the partner’s business,” she said.
Melamed said the IT providers it currently works with aren’t always able to receive Microsoft funding. This is due to the significant investment required to obtain Microsoft specialisations as it often involves solutions and documentation aligned to Microsoft best practice, audits, customer testimonials and high revenue targets.
“Our deployments are structured with project management governance and quick deployment; a lot of it is automated and uses chatbots, templated designs and user guides,” Melamed explained.
To date, TechClick has specialisations in Azure infrastructure – Windows server and SQL migrations, Azure infrastructure – Azure virtual desktop and data and artificial intelligence (AI) – analytics.
The current service products it delivers include Azure Rapid Migration assessment, Azure migration, Azure Virtual Desktop migration, Copilot assessment, data fabric, Power BI, Microsoft Sentinel, Essential 8 security, privileged identity management, data loss prevention and SharePoint services.
TechClick have deployed Copilot internally and is heavily involved in all projects and even powers internal tools such as automated chat bots and service delivery.
“Our products are designed to be dynamic to fit to our partner’s needs,” she said. “The most in demand service we see right now is Microsoft Copilot assessments and implementations. We see Copilot causing massive disruption in organisations ways of working and those who do not start using it will fall behind.”
