1. iOS 15 for iPhones

2. iPadOS 15 for iPad: This latest software update allows users to do more than one thing simultaneously, and also allows them to translate, copy and interact with text in photos, plus speak and have discussions translated on-screen in real-time!
3. watchOS 8 for Apple Watch
4. macOS Monterey for Macs: This newest version has features that enable users to use the same mouse and keyboard across a Mac or an iPad.
5. Privacy updates: Apple has also reviled a new tracker-blockers to the Mail app and Safari browser. It will hide users IP address, location and prevents senders from seeing if and when users open an email.

7. FaceTime SharePlay: Apple is rolling out a set of new features for FaceTime called SharePlay. This feature will allow you to watch with friends a movie or TV show together on supported apps such as Disney+, Hulu, TikTok, and others over FaceTime.

Facebook to Soon Introduce First Smartwatch for Next Summer 

Facebook reveals its plans to launch its first-ever smartwatch next Summer of 2022.

 The watch, which is likely to be sold at about $400, will be equipped with two cameras that can be detached for making video calls, taking photos and videos that can be shared on all Facebook’s suite of apps, including Instagram, and a heart rate monitor, The Verge has reported.

Biden Revokes Trump’s Chinese App Laws

After all the troubles TikTok and other Chinese apps went through under Trump’s administration, President Biden came to “the rescue”. The US president decided to revoke the Trump-era ban on TikTok and WeChat, however, the Chinese apps are still in hot water as the president ordered the commerce secretary to investigate more into the apps ‘ties to any foreign adversaries’.

Global Internet Outage Caused by a Single IT Customer!

People from all over the world experienced an Internet crash that brought down some of the world’s most visited websites on Tuesday was caused by one customer, according to the infrastructure provider, Fastly.

According to the website Downdetector, which monitors internet outages, the bug affected 85 percent of their network, hit Amazon, Spotify, and Netflix, Vimeo, GitHub, Quora, and many others.

Later on, Fastly managed to figure out the problem and saved the day! However, this blackout brought attention to ‘the reliance of many of the world’s biggest websites on just a handful of firms who run the infrastructure underpinning the internet’, according to Albawaba.
