Claire Shupe threw a complete game with 10 strikeouts for third-seeded Columbia in a 6-4 come from behind victory over second-seeded Passaic Tech in the semifinal round of the North Jersey, Section 1, Group 4 tournament in Wayne.
From the circle, Shupe allowed six hits, four earned runs and walked one for Columbia. Shupe also tripled and drove in a run at the plate.
Charlotte Klepesch had two hits, two RBI and scored a run for Columbia (17-9). Addison Secor hit a triple and collected a pair of RBI.
Passaic Tech (19-10) led 4-3 after three innings when Columbia tied the game in the top of the fifth. Columbia score two runs in the sixth to take the lead.
Columbia will play 12th-seeded Morristown in the final round on Saturday.
