A standout feature of the Realme 12X 5G is its support for 45W SuperVOOC fast charging, ensuring swift and efficient charging experiences for users in ther budget segment. The company is expected to bundle the fast charger in the retail box along with the smartphone because Realme hasn’t yet stopped offering one with all of its devices. Complementing this capability is the device’s 6.72-inch full-HD+ display, boasting a high refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 950nits.

The Realme 12X 5G is powered by the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ 5G chipset under the hood. Additionally, the inclusion of VC cooling technology is said to ensure optimal performance even during extended usage sessions, something that remains to be seen in the real-world usage.

At the back of the smartphone is a dual rear camera setup, which includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor. The name of the second sensor is unknown. Moreover, the device boasts an IP54-certified build, providing protection against dust and water splashes. You will also see the Air Gesture feature that allows you to navigate on the phone without physical contact. Although, the tech isn’t that fast while performing tasks, something that we witnessed during our testing period of a recently launched Realme phone.

Realme has confirmed that the Realme 12X 5G will be available for purchase through Flipkart and the Realme India website. The exact price as well as sale details are still under wraps and people will get details on the launch day. You can stay tuned to India Today Tech for all the updates.
