Portland online events business Brandlive acquired part of a New York company this week, a deal Brandlive says brings 90 more employees and at least four times more revenue.
“It’s very transformational for us,” said Sam Kolbert-Hyle, a veteran Portland technology executive who has run Brandlive since 2020. The Portland company said it acquired the virtual events and webinars business of a New York company called Notified.
