Technology experts at Fortrose Academy have been sharing their knowledge for tech troubles, in a bid to bridge a generational gap.

Getting to Know Your Techno offers tech support for all things mobile phones, emails, computers and iPads.

The classes have been running for over 13 years, and greatly benefits not only those receiving tech advice, but also members of the Black Isle Youth Development running the sessions.

Youth development officer at High Life Highland, Wanda Mackay said: “Our Techno classes have been running now for 13 years and they are of a great benefit to our young and older people in our school and wider community.

“They are a great place for reciprocal learning, sharing and making new memories, having fun and reducing loneliness and Isolation.”

Getting to Know Your Techno takes place at 10.45am at Fortrose Library every Wednesday, where tea and coffee are also provided.
