
Ivy Tech Community College has named Michael Bottorff as the vice president of the School of Information Technology. Bottorff most recently served as the associate vice president of information technology at Earlham College. He joins Ivy Tech on May 28.
“Michael Bottorff is an entrepreneurial, innovative and strategic leader who understands the role higher education can and must play in the advancement of Indiana’s information technology workforce,” said Dr. Sue Ellspermann, president, Ivy Tech. “As the IT sector continues to see exponential growth, Michael will lead the College and the state of Indiana in conversations about the future of information technology in the workforce and the role that Ivy Tech will play in preparing the next generation of Indiana’s IT professionals.”
