Nomar Carreras and Anthony Bienvenue combined for a three-hitter as East Brunswick Magnet blanked Somerset Tech 10-0 in East Brunswick.
Carreras pitched 3.1 innings with six strikeouts, two walks and one hit while Bienvenue went 2.2 innings with four strikeouts, one walk and two hits for East Brunswick Magnet (6-4), which won its fourth straight game. Carreras also went 2-for-4 with an RBI while Matt Murphy was 2-for-3 with two RBI. Tommy O’Neil finished with two RBI and scored two runs.
