CII–Telangana to Host Turmeric Value Chain Summit 2025 in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, 15 December 2025: The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Telangana, in collaboration with the National Turmeric Board, will organise the CII–Telangana Turmeric Value Chain Summit 2025 on Wednesday, 17 December 2025, from 1000 hrs at Hotel The Park, Somajiguda, Hyderabad.

The Summit, themed “Innovation & Opportunities in Turmeric for Viksit Bharat 2047”, aims to bring together key stakeholders from across the turmeric ecosystem, including policymakers, industry leaders, research institutions, farmer organisations, processors, exporters, startups and agri-technology companies. The conference will deliberate on opportunities, challenges, and a future roadmap to strengthen India’s turmeric value chain and enhance its global competitiveness.

Mr Tummala Nageswara Rao, Minister for Agriculture & Cooperation, Government of Telangana, has kindly consented to inaugurate the Summit, with Mr Palle Ganga Reddy, Chairman, National Turmeric Board, joining as the Guest of Honour.

The Summit will feature focused sessions on:

  • Planting material, production systems, soil health and water management
  • Plant protection and processing technologies
  • Value addition and applications in turmeric
  • Quality standards, exports and the startup ecosystem
