Indian technology firm Tech Mahindra announced a strategic partnership with customer relationship management company Atento. The company also offers business transformation outsourcing in Latin America.
In an official statement, the company informed, the partnership offers end-to-end business transformation solutions and services that leverage Generative AI-powered technologies, along with customer experience (CX) consulting for customers in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa and Latin American regions.
The strategic combination of Atento’s leadership in nearshore CX capabilities in Latin America and Tech Mahindra’s global footprint and range of services, will surely offer comprehensive suite of business process outsourcing (BPO) services in more than 50 languages.
The official document shows that, the solution will of the enterprises will enhance the efficiency scalability and agility for providing superior digital CX.
