The Supreme Court dismissed MakeMyTrip India’s plea to restrain Google from using its trademark. Chief Justice DY Chandrachud stated that there was no likelihood of confusion as MakeMyTrip users visit its website and the services offered by MakeMyTrip and Booking Netherlands/India are distinct.
