SANTA ROSA, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Keysight Technologies, Inc. today announced the appointment of Liz Morali as head of Investor Relations. Morali will lead engagement with Keysight’s global investor and analyst community and support clear, consistent communication of the company’s strategy, performance, and long-term growth opportunities.

Morali most recently served as vice president of Investor Relations at Applied Materials, where she led the company’s global IR program and advised senior leadership on earnings strategy, disclosures, capital markets activity, and shareholder engagement. During her tenure, she expanded and diversified the shareholder base, strengthened relationships across the buy-side and sell-side community, and modernized core IR processes to improve speed, clarity, and cross-functional collaboration.
Over the course of her career, Morali has developed extensive expertise in leading comprehensive IR programs, supporting complex capital markets transactions, and shaping long-term investor messaging across multiple global technology companies.
