Leading law firm Khaitan & Co on Tuesday announced the appointment of Tanu Banerjee as a Partner in the technology, media and telecommunications practice.
With over 12 years of experience, Banerjee specialises in technology, media, corporate and commercial laws, the company said in a press release. In her domain, she specialises in VC/ PE transactions, business restructuring, technology collaborations, joint ventures, media partnerships/arrangements, business transfers, regulatory and policy work, the press release said.
Banerjee has worked closely with technology and media companies ranging from software companies, technology start-ups, AI-based businesses, OTT platforms, media houses – digital companies, broadcasters, productions houses and filmmakers.
